Everything here is delivered automatically in-city after payment. Purchases fund hosting and development, and never give a roleplay advantage.
Items are delivered to the account you log in with at checkout, usually within a minute of being in-city. Relog if you don't see it.
All purchases are final once delivered. Charging back a payment results in a permanent ban. Open a ticket first, we'll sort it.
Purchases do not protect you from the rules. Being banned does not entitle you to a refund.
